Iskcon or the International Society for Krishna Consciousness is a movement, started by Sri Prabhuapada, for popularizing the concept of complete devotional surrender to Lord Krishna. It is a worldwide movement dedicated to living and teaching Vedic culture and inspiring devotion through chanting of the Hare Krishna hymn and practicing Bhakti Yoga.
